Do the following: Stop working for five minutes. Close your eyes. Forget for a moment about the money, the problems you have to solve and how tired you are. 

Think about your company's customers. Your customers' customers. The clients' families. Think about how your effort makes their lives easier and better.

Think about your company. In what you contribute to your colleagues so that everything works.

Now, open your eyes. Do you see it? You are important. Your work is important.
